Guest Service Associate - European Wax Center 

  • Demonstrated and built client service and sales skills by consulting around 25 guests per 6-hour shift to build further brand loyalty by advertising promotions, providing product information, clarifying company policies and processes, answering inquiries, adapting to every guest’s needs, and purchase processing.

  • Meet and exceed daily productivity goals: including high call volume, sales, and appointment setting; As well as organizational procedures such as cash register oversight, execution of check in/out processes, modify reservation bookings to optimize service opportunities for all employees, and ensuring the center is clean to result in consistently earned customer survey satisfaction.

  • Answer approximately 75 incoming calls and complete approximately 50 outbound calls per 6-hour shift, utilizing a courteous and professional manner to collect information and identify customer needs: Implementing proper data entry functions, throughout.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and disputes.

  • Systematize the replenishment of over 40 products to prevent customer sales interruptions.

  • Conceptualize and present customized savings programs to every guest according to their history; This requires collaboration of sales techniques as well as extensive knowledge and memorization of the details of over 95 programs’ prices, benefits, and policies to provide optimal savings and education.

  • During my short time at European Wax Center Growth, I have generated extensive sales by maximizing on all sales opportunities- converting 26.6% of all my sales onto our savings program.

Head Lifeguard

  • Effectively managed optimal staffing levels by tracking vacancies and initiating recruitment and interview processes to identify qualified candidates in a timely manner during peak hiring season; During my time, I hired and retained a staff with 75% new members.

  • Maintained weekly communication with 20+ executive members to enhance company success, resolve concerns, and ensure all pool patrons are satisfied.

  • Maximized team knowledge and productivity by effectively training and directing all 15 staff members through 20+ bi-weekly meetings and training sessions, guided by an agenda previously conceptualized.

  • Coordinated complex calendar and shift requests for 15 staff members to construct and disperse 2-week employee schedules on a consistent basis; This involved systematically scheduling 4 different shifts for 3 different pools, each day.

  • Analyzed, corrected, and approved all timecards prior to following company processes to submit all timecards for payroll processing.

  • Oversaw strategy and workflow for a team of 15 on a 7-day basis, leveraging a consistent approach to relationship building, recognition, and communication to generate a continuously improving working environment

  • Revitalized lifeguard operations through this company by successfully implementing a new timecard management system, facilitating a new scheduling system, as well as organization of the pools’ lifeguard offices.

Lifeguard

  • Completed 60 hours of lifeguard training.

  • Monitored 3 different 13,000 sq ft pools, additional baby pools, locker rooms, and bathrooms to ensure a clean and enjoyable environment.

  • Provided a safe environment for over 200 patrons to swim while strictly enforcing pool rules and offering exceptional customer service.

  • Reacted quickly and calmly to emergency situations, including the rescue of 11 children and 6 adults.

  • Facilitated safe and proper pH and chlorine balance in the pool every 2 hours.

Holiday Fundraiser

  • Oversaw and coordinated fundraising events and methods that raises over $200,000 on a bi-annual basis.

  • Warmly contacted prospective donors by initiating outbound calls to motivate them to give charitably through providing detailed information on the purpose and benefits of the cause.

  • Collected pledges and funds from contributors; Further, properly recorded and organized all expenses incurred.

Kids Count

  • Provided interactive one-on-one tutoring sessions across various subjects, utilizing a provided concise tutoring booklet as well as the student’s homework, for two hours each week.

  • Assisted in the development of stronger learning techniques, while enhancing communication and active listening skills in underprivileged children struggling in their studies.

Baby Gator

  • Committed 3 hours, on a weekly basis, supporting a schoolteacher for local newborns to pre-school-aged children.

  • Facilitated one-on-one and group interactions with pre-school level students to guide safe interactions and encourage achievement of age-specific milestones.

Intern at Days for Girls 

  • Provided assistance and production for community outreach events.

  • Assisted in the manufacturing, organizing, and distributing of Days for Girls International products.

North Florida Regional Medical Center

  • Dedicate 4+ hours on a weekly basis to assisting the hospital in efficiently completing tasks.

  • Support ER staff and patients, assist with sanitizing and room set-up and facilitate an organized working environment for the clinicians.

We Care Physicians Referal Network

  • Intern for the Florida Department of Health, providing assistance through numerous tasks and events held by the Physicians Referral Network.

  • Provide dental clinic prep the day prior, through performing confirmation calls, organizing patient files, printing and posting documents, providing a personalized patient appointment record sheet, and more.

  • Assist in the Dental Clinic with patient monitoring/checking in or out, maintaining a clean facility, assisting dental clinic staff, and more.
