Service Learning Opportunity Reflections
Throughout my time at UF, I had the privilege of working with numerous local organizations to gain experience in a multitude of fields. Service-learning opportunities were very beneficial to allowing me to connect my learning to the real world.

Adjust to each guest's aurora and level of professionalism to maintain optimal conversations.
Guest wants to Prebook every 3-6 weeks:
Go through the individualized wax pass savings sheet with the guest to emphasize with their FREQUENCY of visitation the amount of savings they will get.
Develop a Personalized Savings Sheet
Outlines benefits specific to the guest as well as payment plans and savings.

Be sure to ask the guest how their service was, and if they would like to rebook to gage how to initiate wax pass pitch
Guest Does Not Want to Prebook:
Use the wax pass pitch to engage the guest into utilizing our smaller pass programs (that NEVER EXPIRE) to hold themselves accountable without the worry of paying.
Lifeguard Management
Throughout years of lifeguarding, I gained insight into what the program was lacking - allowing me to make many improvements throughout my time as head lifeguard.
I was able to move scheduling and timesheets onto a paid program - Homebase to make everyone's job easier. Implementation required staff training on how to use the app, as well as budget planning.
Cricut Design Building
As a pass-time activity, I have found so much joy in designing and creating clothing, stickers, bags, and more with my Cricut machine and design space, as well as photo editing and drawing applications, to create final products customizing current trends or my very own, original product ideas.
